PORTLAND AVENUE 48” MAIN EXTENSION       City of Oklahoma City Public Works, OCWUT, Department of Airports

Triad’s Municipal Team collaborated with Johnson & Associates to design contiguous Paving and Water Projects for Portland Avenue for the OKC Public Works Department, the OKC Department of Airports, and the OKC Water Utilities Trust (OCWUT). The combined project is the continuation of the OKC Airport Trust Master Development Plan.  Triad designed the south portion of the projects, SW 104th Street to SW 74th Street; J&A was assigned the north end, from SW 74th Street to SW 54th Street.        

For the OCWUT, Triad designed two miles of 48” water main along Portland Avenue from SW 104th Street to SW 74th Street. The extension was installed parallel to the new alignment of South Portland and provides water supply to a growing Southwest Oklahoma City.  Contractor: Garney Companies, Inc.
