The Springs at Honor Heights Muskogee CCRC

Grace Living Centers

Triad has partnered with Grace Living Centers for A&E design on 19 of the 34 Oklahoma facilities since 1998. Each customized facility is designed for social interaction and continued growth, accommodating inter-generational programs, gardens, aviaries, and pets.

The Springs at Honor Heights in Muskogee, is northeast Oklahoma's first Continuous Care Retirement Community. At 80,000 sq. ft., the premier skilled therapy, rehabilitation and senior care facility includes 115 amenity rich private rooms, 14 deluxe private suites with living room and kitchen and 8 select private suite rooms.  The Springs has four unique neighborhoods surrounding a central main street area reminiscent of small town Oklahoma with chapel, bistro, cafe and beauty shop. It will also house Grace Living Center's groundbreaking inter-generational program first introduced in the Jenks facility, incorporating pre-kindergarten classrooms and a school playground into a community for old and young.
